Last month of the year

In case you have been hiding somewhere and didn’t realize it, it is now December 1st.  The first day of the last month of the year.  With that being said, what were you supposed to accomplish this year?

You know what I am talking about!  Sometime between December 31st and January 1st of last year, you made some kind of list.  Whether it be mental or physical, I am sure you know what was on that list.  The things that you set out to do in 2015.  What were they?  Perhaps, like me you added things to that list and maybe even subtracted some as the year went on.

Well, you have one last month to cross those things off of your list.  One month, 31 days, 744 hours…..is a lot of time to accomplish whatever it is your heart desires.  You can do it!

Were you supposed to de-clutter your house, go on a vacation, write a book or even lose some weight?  You still have to time start/finish/plan these events.  Don’t let another year go by where you beat yourself up for not accomplishing the goals you set out for yourself.  Maybe you have to tweak them slightly to make them obtainable, maybe you have to carry them forward into next year, but start them now.

There are always excuses, very rarely do we hear enough purpose.  A month is enough time to lose a couple of pounds, write 10 to 30 pages or blogs, plan/schedule a vacation or whatever it is that drives you.

What purpose was 2015 supposed to serve in your life?  Think about it, figure out if it has happened yet and if not…work like hell for the next 31 days.  Cross those things off your list, so 2016 can start with fresh purpose.  I can’t wait to tie this year up in a pretty package.  Like a time capsule with all the things I have accomplished, the purpose of my last 365 days.  Give this last 31 days of 2015 purpose.
