I spent part of the afternoon prepping food for the week.
A myriad of salads. A lot of beans, veggies and fruits.
My gym bag is packed, my water bottle is full and ready to go.
My alarm is set for 445am.
Let’s get the 2nd week of 2016 started!
Tomorrow morning, weigh-in and see if I lost any inches 🙅
