What do you think…All Around the World

OK, so one of my favorite stats to see every day is the “Countries” viewed in stat.  I get excited when it is anything outside of the United States.

Sorry friends in the United States, I certainly appreciate your following and reading, so Please please please continue to.

However, when I see a new and different country pop up in this stat it just gets me excited.  Someone half way around the world, many time zones away, in a different hemisphere is choosing to read my blog.

This week was the first week that I noticed Kenya and Pakistan on my stats.  Crazy and Thank you!!!

United States is by far and away my biggest support, with the most amount of followers being from there (I assume).  Next up is the United Kingdom and then Canada.

What I want to know is for other bloggers, does this Stat excite you as much as it does me?

If you are reading this, I would love for you to comment with what country you are reading from? If you are a fellow blogger, what country surprises you the most when it pops up in your stats?

Thank you for continuing to read my blog, everyone from ALL over the world.  Currently I have been read in 30 countries so far this year.  My goal is to hit 50 in 2016.

  1. Gidday ftom Australia! Yes, reading this from down under. Like you I get a buzz from knowing I’m read all over the world. I’ll have to go check my recent country stats. Just goes to show we really are all connected! Cheers.

  2. I have about thirty-three different countries reading mine. Sri Lanka, Tunisia, Slovakia, Kenya….it’s pretty interesting. Iraq surprised me.
It’ll be fun to see just how many people are out there…reading.
I have never had anybody from South America….tons from South Africa….but none from South America.

  3. I’m in the good old USA, and the majority of my readership is split between USA and Canada. However, I also have followers all over the world – and yes, I get a little thrill when I think that someone on the other side of the globe is reading my work. That’s one of the things that WordPress does seem to do right.
