        Congratulations on quitting smoking. I've never smoked but I understand it's difficult. Replacing that with something active is a great idea! I know you had been going to the gym. Maybe you can think of things you can do with your family that you enjoy- maybe a walk, going to the park, game nights, or something that you have fun so that it helps with the emotional side which might be where the weight gain is coming in.

        Adrienne's 30 day yoga camp is awesome! I love doing it in the morning. Yoga is an amazing way to connect with your body and you'd be surprised the emotional and mental things that you work, especially because Adrienne has a mantra for you to say each day (I trust, I embrace, I'm supported, etc.). So that gets you thinking- I trust that… I embrace my… etc.
