It has been awhile since I hosted an Introduce Yourself Weekend.  It is a little different then a meet and greet!

I love getting to know for everyone is writing from.  Let us know your name, who you are and where you are from!  Then add a link to your site if you so choose!

I will start.  My name is Stephanie, I am a 36 year old wife and mother.  I am married for the 2nd time and we have a blended family with 6 children.  I live in Canton (about 20 miles outside Detroit), MI in the USA.

Please tell us who you are.  I keep a notebook with everyone’s name so that I can TRY to create a more personal relationship with you as we march on in the Blogosphere!

I also talk about my family – I have a son with Autism, a daughter who is hard-of-hearing, one child in a brick and mortar school and one child in on-line school. I do what works for them.     Hi! I am Suze..or Susan for those that hate nicknames. Except I never answer to Susan so if someone calls me that I will look around to see who else is nearby. I am 62 going on 9..married to George (an RN, ex-Army nurse, all around great guy), have two sons (Rich and Rob), an extended “family” that I created for myself, two dogs and two cats…there are assorted wild critters out back but I don’t recognise them as family members (well except the possum..he acts like my crazy cousin Harold).
    I live in Enid, Oklahoma after living in almost every state in the US. I missed those in the far northeast and northwest. The blog is http://www.suziland.net and there isn’t a purpose beyond my babbling and/or blathering. It keeps me out of trouble….well, no it doesn’t, but it should so I say it does. I am an unrepentant doofus, liberal, spiritual person. I can not abide poetry so please don’t ever ask me to read it. there have been exactly five poems that I have liked and three of them were here, but that is totally beside the point. What was the original question Stephanie? I have forgotten it!

    Hi I’m Jess, and though I have lived most of my life in in (all over) Texas, I am presently in limbo in north Alabama until my husband finds out where we will be moving in January, ya that’s right a month away and we don’t even know where we will be. I am a mother of two, and bonus mom of one more, though I use my blog to stay in tune with my inner sales person and business woman as I spend may days drowning in play dates and and poopy diapers. When I am not on my blog I”m working on wrapping up my memoir on my journey through a retail job in which I spent the most time and experienced my highest climb and my furthest fall.

    Very excited to meet everyone, I’m big on blog karma. I do try to maintain the same attention given to me back to the readers that gave them and then some.
