Transformation Tuesday: Week 5

Today is the beginning of Week 5 of my fitness/health routine for 2017.

After 4 weeks I have lost 7.6 pounds and 13 inches!!!  Can you believe it?  I am eating very clean Monday-Friday.  Then on the weekend I might be eating/drinking some carbs.  LOL!!
