Happy Transformation Tuesday!!!
Well this morning the scale said 162!!! Which means I am down another .4 pounds. For a total of 8 pounds lost since the beginning of the year.
What I am more excited about this week is 2 more inches down. Both in my waist!!! That is HUGE. Down 15 inches total for the year.
The part that makes this so satisfying is that I haven’t deprived myself. We went to one of our favorite breweries on Saturday and I had 2 beers. On Saturday night my husband and I enjoyed a few more at home. Then on Sunday we went over to my parents to watch the super bowl. I had a couple more beers and some snacks.
I had pizza for dinner on Friday night. I just made a thin crust choice instead of deep dish, like I would have normally. Plus, I took 3 days off from the gym this past week. I didn’t go on Monday like I would usually because we were up late watching the Super Bowl.
I don’t feel like I am giving up things that I like in order to get healthy. If I did, it certainly wouldn’t be something that I could keep up with.
