Transformation Tuesday Week 9

Well…the results are in and as of today…I have lost 12.2 pounds.  Down another .4 pounds this week for a total weight of 157.8.  It feels really good to get on the scale and have a loss, no matter how small it is.

I ate junk food with my kids this weekend, I took 2 days off from the gym and still I managed to lose .4.  Which means that most of the time I was doing exactly what I was supposed to be doing, so the cheating didn’t hurt me as much as it really could have.

I have lost 20.5 inches since the beginning of the year as well.  Which is incredible.  I can tell in the way that my clothes fit, especially my workout clothes.

Last, but not least is that yesterday I received this notification…


This is something that was started back at the end of July, but still plays an important piece in the Transformation!!!  Nearly 7 months SMOKE FREE!!!

  1. This is awesome! Congratulations on the smoke free and the weight loss! I just started exercising and eating healthy less than three weeks ago, and have lost nine pounds! I find your post encouraging to keep going! Thanks for sharing!
