I lost about 10 pounds over the last 2 months. Able to put my engagement ring and wedding band on for the first time in a year and a half.
Well… last weekend I gained back about 7. All that was different was the beer that I drank. We had lots of celebrations and I had some beers.
Honestly, I don’t look like Ive gained the weight back. Everything still looks much more toned then it has in years.
I feel bloated though, bubbly and constipated (tmi, sorry). Then my ring finger started really hurting again and I had to peel my rings back off.
After speaking to a friend who was telling me about her gluten free diet, what brought it on and how her body had been feeling, I knew I needed to try it. It has only been 3 days, but I’m working really hard.
Luckily, I had already been doing Keto. Which is really low carb, because of that my gluten was already at low levels. It honestly isn’t that far of a stretch. I just really need to drink less beer.
My husband and I love trying bre beers, traveling to new breweries. So…I will have a beer or two then, but at least for the next couple months, will have none at home.
I have to see if this makes me feel better. Could also explain the push pull of my weight over the last few years. Our bodies change and our needs are different. I’m trying to roll with the punches!
