Wellness Wednesday Week 5

Happy Hump Day! I am at a standstill with my weight. Which I am actually very thankful for.

I cheated on my low-carb way of eating Sunday for the Super Bowl. It was the first time I drank beer in over a month. I also indulged in pizza, breadsticks and chips. It was all worth it ❤ Well, maybe not the overly bloated feeling the next day..LOL

Down another .5″ for a grand total of 15 inches. Did yoga 5 out of 7 days since last Wednesday. I have been drinking my water and I feel great.

As far as mental health goes, I read 4 more books in the last week. I’ve still been focusing on my blog everyday, both posting and engaging. I’ve had an overall positive mindset and have really been able to see what I want already in my life!
