I have been keeping a Gratitude journal in 2019. This helps remind me of all the things that I already have to be grateful for. I am also writing down the things that I don’t have yet, but am already thankful for. (My tax return for Disney, having 1000 Shipt Shops under my belt in 2019 and being able to buy a car with cash when my lease is up in Dec)
In the beginning of the year I took on this challenge to write out all the things I could think of to be thankful for in 15 minutes. I was told by the original poster of the challenge, that I had far and away come up with the most of amount of items. I took that as a huge compliment, not to the fact that I had beat the clock. More about the fact that it is natural for me to have a stream of consciousness about all that I am thankful for. That what I am grateful for just flows out of me.
