Saturday I woke up with a headache, after some severe vomiting. Later on in the day, I ended up in the ER. After tests and IVs with fluids, we found out that I am perfectly healthy just rattled my head too much.
I believe with all of my heart that GOD was screaming at me to rest. I tried to work on Saturday, as soon as I started moving around my head pain shot right up. Then yesterday my son had a snow day, God saying HAHA another day that you must stay home. Well, I laid around and did basically nothing for 4 days. I heard you God. I honored my rest, self-care and balance. Thank you!
