I refuse to do any numbers this week..as I’m in the thick of my cycle.
However, I’ve made it to the mat 3 times this past week.
Been in bed by 9pm, 5 out of 7 days.
I’ve read 2 more books. Which takes me to 18 out of 50 for my yearly goal.
I’ve written in my gratitude journal every single day. As well as sharing gratitude regularly.
I’m more than 2 months smoke free.
I’m very relaxed even though, I’m in the home stretch of preparing for our roadtrip to Florida that commences in 2 days. THAT is true wellness right there.
