To be grateful, means that you are actively showing something appreciation. In everything, anytime and anywhere find all that you have to be grateful for.
When you can see all the good and count your blessings, you will see the world in a better light. Perhaps more importantly though, the world will see you in a better light also.
Find gratitude in all the little things, as well as the big things and even some things that aren’t yours yet, but you’re hoping for them to be.
I have been keeping a gratitude journal for awhile now. First it was just in a notebook. Everyday I would take time to jot down all I could think of to be grateful for. Earlier this year, I found the gratitude app and I love it. A quote and a prompt everyday. That is where I journal now. I encourage you to do so. Being in regular practice of recognizing your blessings will transform your day to day!

About 2 years ago, i started stating all i could think of to he grateful for before I even opened my eyes in the morning. The journals are more recent, but I really like reflecting back.

Gratitude keeps one from thinking everything which happens comes from you. Gratitude reminds you sunny days are to be enjoyed.
