Meditation is what you make it.

Ultimately some moments if introspection and quiet.

Every morning before I open my eyes I get in some meditation. It helps me to start the day centered. To focus on the positive and be well within my soul.

There are apps now that you can get. With calming music and relaxing directives.

Sometimes we just need to take a few minutes to ground ourselves. When we give ourselves this gift we tend to feel more positive throughout our entire day.
