Yourself, your family, your friends, your coworkers, heck even strangers need to be nurtured.
To care for and encourage the growth or development of. We all need a little bit of this in our lives.
When we see a spark, an interest or a natural talent and nuture that, that’s when magic happens.
I try daily to nuture my own growth. To guide myself in positive ways. From doing yoga, to drinking water and pushing myself to follow my dreams.
After 7 years, we still nuture our marriage. Date nights, long conversations, going to bed together every night and honestly caring about each other. Supporting each other through the challenges and changes that life brings.
This is the same with our children. Whether it is moving, switching schools, breaking up or making a mistake. It isn’t my job to make any one thing happen, but when they do happen, I can be there to help them learn from it.
Individuals and relationships need to be nurtured. We all deserve that. Tending to the soil, making sure that it has the right amount of sun and water to flourish. This will look different for each individual because we are all unique and wants and needs are ever changing.
