The Tide

Nearly every morning I write in my gratitude app. Starting my day on a positive note. Sometimes I just poor out a list of words. Other times it is more complete thoughts.

I have many, many things to be grateful for all the time. It is natural for me to worry. To fall down a rabbit hole of what could happen or how I will figure out future happenings.

I have to intentionally pull myself into the moment. Be present in the here and now. Starting my day thinking of all my blessings really helps with that.

I want the tide of love to rush in.
