Today the word at the mat was intend. This word really struck me because it was my word of the year in 2019. In addition to that, Adriene kept saying “You can cultivate your intention” our words and our thoughts are powerful things. Well, Cultivate was my word of the year in 2018. More than that though, I am a very firm believer in the law of attraction.
Which means, that I do believe we can cultivate our own intention. We can breathe it into fruition. By seeing it and believing in it, we can achieve it.
It is simply not enough to just say what we want. But, to start living our life as if we already have it, as if we can already see it.
Many years ago Jennifer Aniston was in a movie called “picture perfect”. In this movie, her co-worker gives her some advice. “Dress for the job you want, not the job you have.” That is exactly it!
What is your intention for today? For the new year? Are you doing everything that you can to bring it into fruition?
