Grateful Heart

Each morning the first thing that I try to do is open up my gratitude app. It starts with a quote and then I journal all that I have to be thankful for.

It is quite simple really and usually takes less than 2 minutes. That 2 minutes fuels me for the rest of my day though. Getting the day started positively, thinking of all the Thank Yous.

I use the Gratitude App. I recommend it to you as a tool to remind yourself that there is always something to be thankful for 💜
