This morning I realized that I lost my motivation somewhere! Some where in June, LOL!!
I need to find it again. I haven’t been to the gym in what feels like ages. What am I paying the money for if I am not going? Why am I not going? I don’t know. Staying in bed next to my husband has sounded more appealing.
Well do you know what sounds a little more appealing? Fitting into my clothes better!
I realized that I am still a little tired when I wake up in the morning, I didn’t used to feel that way. It is a vicious cycle. I’m tired so I don’t get up to work out, but I think I am tired because I am not working out. BAH.
What do you do to stay motivated?
I typically download new books on my Ipad to read while I am on the Arc Trainer. I pack my gym back Sunday afternoon so that I can just grab it and go. Put my favorite bottle with water in the fridge, so that it is cold when I get up Monday morning. I set my alarm Sunday night, then sometime during the night I decide to turn it off. LOL.
Let us see if we can get this ball rolling again on Monday. To the gym, burning calories and losing this little tummy that I develop when I don’t go to the gym regularly (because I LIKE BEER.)
